中文摘要:针对浅水经济型海底柔性管道结构,建立其三维有限元数值模型,考虑金属铠装层之间的连接和接触,给出在内压作用下的各层构件力学性能的数值模拟结果.通过结果分析和相关参数调整发现各层的最大承压力不能进行线性叠加,其内压承担比例与各层结构的径向刚度有关.因此,可以通过合理分配径向刚度使各层结构同时达到屈服状态,从而充分利用材料并实现最优化结构设计. |

Analysis and design on subsea flexible pipe under internal pressure |

Abstract:A 3D finite element model is built for an economic subsea flexible pipe applied in shallow water. Considering the connection and contacts between metal armor layers, the mechanics properties of the components of each layer is numerically simulated under the internal pressure. According to the analysis results and the related parameter adjustment, it is found that the maximum bearing pressure of each layer cannot have a linear superposition. The maximum pressure bearing proportion for each layer is related to the radial stiffness. Therefore, each layer can be yielded at the same time through the reasonable distribution of radial stiffness, and the material can be fully utilized and the optimal structure design can be implemented. |
