GH4169合金涡轮盘锻造成型的数值模拟和分析

中文摘要:利用Gleeble 3500型热模拟试验机研究GH4169合金在不同温度和变形速度下的热变形行为,建立该合金的高温流变应力模型.用Deform 3D对GH4169镍基高温合金涡轮盘锻造成型过程进行数值模拟,比较不同变形速度和不同变形温度下工件的变形行为.结果表明:相对于变形速度,变形温度对锻件性能的影响更加明显;较高的变形温度有利于材料的动态恢复和再结晶,使组织均匀,但过高的终锻温度会使晶粒尺寸变大,进而影响涡轮盘的机械性能.

Numerical simulation and analysis on forging forming process of GH4169 alloy turbine disc
Abstract:The thermal deformation of GH4169 alloy is studied by the thermal simulation testing machine of Gleeble 3500 under the condition of different temperature and deformation velocity, and the high temperature flow stress model of the alloy is built. The numerical simulation is performed on the forging deforming of GH4169 nickel base superalloy turbine disc by Deform 3D, and the different deformation behaviors of a workpiece are compared under different deformation velocity and temperature. The results show that, comparing with the deformation velocity, the effect of deformation temperature on the performance of the forging piece is more obvious; the higher deformation temperature is helpful for dynamic recovery and recrystallization of the material, which makes the organization more uniform; but the grain size becomes larger if the final forging temperature is too high, which weakens the mechanical performance of the turbine disc.
