中文摘要:针对在GE17自润滑关节轴承轴向静载试验中,轴承内圈轴向位移大于许用值的问题,应用Abaqus建立GE17轴向静力加载模型进行分析,结果表明轴承外圈端面的安装沟槽削弱轴承的轴向刚度。改进GE17轴承结构,减小轴承球径尺寸,增加沟槽内挡边厚度,提高其抗挤压变形能力。试验结果表明,改进后结构在额定载荷下的轴向位移减小10.7%,从而验证仿真结果的准确性和结构改进的有效性,为同类型轴承设计提供参考。

Structure analysis and improvement of GE17 self-lubricating spherical plain bearing based on Abaqus
Abstract:To solve the problem that the axial displacement of inner ring is greater than allowable value in the axial static load test of GE17 self lubricating spherical plain bearing, the GE17 axial static load model is built and the original structure is simulated based on Abaqus. The results show that the axial stiffness of the bearing is weaken by the installation groove which is on the end face of outer ring. The structure of GE17 bearing is improved, the diameter of spherical plain bearing is decreased, the thickness of the inside edge of the groove is increased, and the anti extrusion deformation ability is enhanced. The test results show that the axial displacement under rated load is reduced by 10.7%. The accuracy of the simulation results and the effectiveness of the structure improvement are proved. The results can provide reference for the design of the same type of spherical plain bearing.
